I’m a high level recruitment and human resources expert with well-over twenty years industry experience.
After emigrating to Australia from Chile in 1980, I immediately set about undertaking a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After graduating, I worked for several organisations within the treasury and finance sector, before moving to the human resources space in the early nineties.
Operating within the staffing and employment services departments of several large private companies, my wealth of Human Resources knowledge had an indelible influence on my recruiting practices and procedures.
