Area Distribution Licencees

An Area Distribution Licence (ADL) entitles the holder to act as National Recruitment’s representative in a particular Area, usually a State, without the burden and legal obligations usually bestowed on a Master Franchisee.

NR will enter into a joint venture with the licensee and assist the licensee to build the business. The licensee will pay the full value of the business once it has been developed to the extent that the licensee is comfortable operating the Area independently.

The licensee will be fully trained on how to recruit franchisee’s and how to train, coach, mentor and support franchisee’s.

The licensee will eventually assume full responsibility for the Area.  Previous recruitment experience is not essential.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial person with a successful business background.   The purpose of granting ADL’s is to simultaneously build the NR network throughout Australia by appointing individuals with the character, ambition and drive to establish a franchised recruitment business in each Area.
